Do you know why this guy is a genius?

This to me is the funniest door to door salesmen I have ever seen.  He is amazing but do you know why he is great beyond funny?

Tell me if  you see the same things I see:
a.  He is never is threatening  (permission to stay as long as he wants)
b.  He shares his vision  (killer secret)
c.   He shares how you can engage in his vision and get a great benefit for yourself. (awesome)
d.   He shows us the next and easiest step to go forward and gets you to buy it and do it.  (huge)
e.   He listens to everyone and joins with them in the breakthrough and solution. (it is an us thing)
Make no mistake this guy is an artful sales person but he is selling on multiple levels, be a customer, be a partner, be a fan and be a part of my vision.
