		<description>Thanks, Tony!  This is exactly what I have been working on for the last 5 or 6 days.  I hadn&#039;t thought of my habits as &quot;grooves&quot; but that&#039;s what they are.  Why is it that when we are young we fight so hard for change that we are considered rebellious, and then we fight so hard against change &amp; rebellion as we get older and &quot;comfortable&quot;?  I am going to copy the line, &quot;the history of us according to us becomes our reality&quot; and post it above my desk as a reminder to remain forever youthfully creative and flexible.</description>
